This week was a fun spring break vacation for us. We have a trailer so we love to camp and decided to head down the coast. We went to morro bay and checked out all sorts of little towns along the way. On the way home we had an adventure at hearst castle and continued on highway 1 for a "scenic route" I would not advice this way in bad weather and with a trailer. I did however get to make a card before I left and also I am sharing a card my daughter made before we left. Have a great week folks.

Hi bloggers. This sketch challenge was a lot of fun. When I first saw the sketch I thought that it was not going to be very easy but I thought about it and just started creating and this is what I came up with. The color combo is different for me but I actually love it all put together. Hope you all enjoy your easter weekend. I will be back on sunday with my weekly picture post.

good morning everyone. I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. We went on a short trip in the trailer and had a great time. Because we were gone I did not get as many cards done this week but wanted to share the cards I did make. I willb e back later this week with a card for a sketch challenge to share. a friend my daughter met while camping. They had a great time.

I haven't done a sketch challenge before. I have been looking at the taylored expressions blog for awhile. She has some really great ideas and I thought I would give it a try. The above card is based on the sketch below. What do you think? I wanted to try a simple card that could be duplicated easily. Please give me your thoughts.
