Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I have been busy with christmas stuff like everyone else I am sure and I am also not feeling well so I haven't been crafting. I will post again in a few days when I have some fun christmas stuff to share with you. Until then enjoy this busy time of year.

Kristinas color challenge #33

Happy Thursday! This weeks color challenge was definately a "challenge" but I have several birthdays coming up and I wanted to make some different cards so this was perfect timing. The colors we were given this week to work with were chocolate chip, taken with teal, whisper white, certainly celery, and pumpkin pie. I thought the end result turned out well and now I have a great birthday card to give.

Christmas treat container

Hello all! I hope eveyone had a wonderful thanksgiving I certainly did. We went to disneyland for four days and had a great time.
I wanted to share with you all a little treat container I made. This was a test sample for a favor I posted earlier. I love the Christmas paper and the ribbon. I can't wait to start filling them with christmas goodies!

birthday wishes and an early Happy Thanksgiving

I know its early for saying Happy Thanksgiving but I will be away from my computer for awhile and I wanted to make sure I said it.
I made this card using some punches and some pre punches flowers. I love this combo as you can tell. I posted a card with this same combo about a week ago. I also reintroduced myself to buttons. I love the way they look on a card and thought I would try a few on this card. What do you think?

Kristinas color challenge #31

Good morning! I decided to try kristinas color challenge again. Wednesday nights there is nothing on tv and it seems to be a great time to craft so I was able to get some time in and give it a try. This weeks colors were close to cocoa, elegant eggplant, pumpkin pie, so saffron, and whisper white. The colors turned out very pretty together. Hope you like it.

Hope you all had a great weekend. I certainly did. On friday we had a surprise 40th b day party for my friend Lisa (she was very surprised!) These are the favors we made to put at each place setting. They are called sourcream containers. They are easy and fun. I will post the christmas version tomorrow. Have a great week!
