pictures for the week of 5-16 thru 5-22

This last week I have been busily getting ready for card club at my house next wednesday. I didn't want to show the fronts of the cards to give any clues but everything is ready, cut and set to go. I did make a few cards however that weren't for card club I wanted to share. The first card is based on a card made by Kristina werner last week for her year in cards segment on two peas in a bucket. I like how my card turned out but I think Kristinas color sceme was better. The second card is just from scaps I had left over from toher cards. Still turned out cute I thought.Hope you all have a great week. I have more crafting to do this week and more softball games to attend.

So Can you believe I didn't craft this past week or take any pictures? How horrible is that? I did however want to share some pictures with you that a dear friend took of my kiddos a couple of weeks ago that I just LOVED! She is very talented. I had a busy week this week getting ready for mothers day. I made two 8x8 scrapbooks for the grandmas which took up most of my crafting time and would you believe I took no pictures??? How bad is that. I did however get a a card or two in and I also went to a concert, a birthday party, a wildtree tasting and a rivercats baseball game. Hope you enjoy your week. I will be starting on prototypes for card club next month this week so you might get a sneek peek or two.

Hi Bloggers! Not too much crafting going on this last week. My husband had his last week of from work after a much needed vacation and I didn't get to my craft space too much. It was a beautiful week though weather wise and I even got a little bit of a sunburn on satruday. Hope you enjoy your week. I will be back later on this week with a post for a sketch challenge. Card Club

I don'[t really have a weekly post of pictures for last week but I wanted to post my pictures from card club this past friday. We made several cards and made duplicates of each card. We also made a really cute card holder that you could give to someone filled with cards as a gift or keep it for yourself to hold cards in. I loved the paper our hostess Peggy picked out. Its from K and Company and I love the colors. She had some really cute card ideas for us as you can see.

hi bloggers! Todays post will be short. I wasn't very crafty this week and I didn't take a lot of pictures. I did however take a few really cute pictures I wanted to share. My daughters spring dance was this past friday and it was her first "dressy" dance . She had a great time and looked beautiful so I couldn't resist snapping a few photos.

This week was a fun spring break vacation for us. We have a trailer so we love to camp and decided to head down the coast. We went to morro bay and checked out all sorts of little towns along the way. On the way home we had an adventure at hearst castle and continued on highway 1 for a "scenic route" I would not advice this way in bad weather and with a trailer. I did however get to make a card before I left and also I am sharing a card my daughter made before we left. Have a great week folks.
